The Life of Reverend William Lee Robinson

William Lee Robinson was born on January 31, 1945, to the late Aron J. Robinson and the late Mary Ella (Crutcher) Robinson.

William went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 25, 2022. He loved Jesus his Savior. He pastored the St. James #2 Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America at 2950 Jeff Road, Harvest, Alabama, for forty (40) plus years. He truly loved the people in his church family and was a dedicated Pastor.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister: Annie Taylor; brother: Aron James; and children: Doris, Tracy, and Cedric.

William leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife of twenty-five years: Winnie Shoulders Robinson; children: Tonya Robinson, Patrick (Katrina) Harris, Karen Burks, and Tyrone Burks; step-sons: Marcus Shoulders and Kendall (Samantha) Shoulders, four brothers: David (Annie), Ezell, Donell, and Leo (Donna) all of Huntsville, Alabama; two sisters: Betty Fletcher and Bertha Walker of Dayton, Ohio; six grandchildren: Kalynn, Jayah, Caleb, Cameron, Kennedi, and McKenzie; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The Biography of Reverend William Lee Robinson
Reverend William Lee Robinson was a native of Alabama and grew up in the small town of Greenbrier.
At the age of nineteen (19), he professed hope in Christ, was baptized, and joined St. Elizabeth Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America. He was an Ordained Deacon in 1970, and Ordained Elder in 1976 which is the same year he accepted his call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In April 1977, Pastor Robinson, was ordained by the Huntsville Presbytery.
