Wanda L. Laws was born on January 4, 1965, to the late Dorothy M. Fennell and Howard E. Gaines (Tildie Gaines) in Huntsville, Alabama.
She attended Huntsville High School and Drake Tech School.
Ms. Laws later moved to Pensacola, Florida, where she worked as a caregiver for many years until her health failed. She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church, under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Mark C. Whiting. She later became a member and attended faithfully at Grace & Truth Prayer Temple, under the leadership of Pastor L.V. Gibbs. She loved the Lord and her church family. Wanda embraced life; she was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She would do anything to help.
