Shelia was quiet but when she spoke, you listened. When she smiled, you smiled. Her courage and strength was an inspiration. Shelia definitely made the world a better place. She will be missed but her spirit lives on in everyone she touched.

Shelia and I met at AMC while she was on a developmental assignment where she ran the Always A Soldier program, we hit it off right away. She taught me so much. I wanted to learn so much more from her. She was extremely wise and will be missed terribly. She understood me. I made her laugh everytime we saw each other. Lol. What a beautiful soul. What a professional! My condolences to the family.
