Obituary for Mr. Montrell Da'quan Wilson

MONTRELL was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama on July 28, 2001, to Christopher Lee Wilson
and Betty Latoya Sykes. Montrell being multifaceted expressed himself, by the way of sports,
music, art and academics. At an early age he developed a love for music and began to create his
own lyrics. Just as much as he loved music, he also loved numbers and became a member of his
middle school math club. Teachers recognized his natural intelligence and influence so felt he would also excel as a
member of the debate team. He was put into advanced classes and graduated from high school
with 2 academic scholarships. Montrell was an outstanding athlete and played varsity basketball, he was very
instrumental in helping his team win games and lead with integrity. In addition to being an athlete he
was an exceptional musician, which in turn he decided to drop out of college and pursue a music
career and blaze his on trail.
MONTRELL devoted himself to learning songs from current and past eras. He was best known
for his new hit single with local artist Yung Jarvez "BRAKING THE LIMIT". Soon to be available on all streaming platforms.
MONTRELL had a bright personality and was a jokester, he was popular among classmates,
close friends and people he met in passing. He is leaving behind a legacy of kindness,
compassion, and generosity. Montrell shared good humor and a big smile with everyone he met.
He was an integral part of creating a solid foundation of friendships.
Montrell was a loyal grandchild, cousin, friend, nephew and son; He was valued and loved by many,

Montrell was looking forward to becoming a new father with his live-in girlfriend and soon
to be child’s mother LaGloria Grays.
