He is survived by his children: Adrianna Atkinson and Husband Jacob of Leesburg, GA, Dalton Smith of Albany, GA, and Sarah Smith of Huntsville Alabama, Siblings: Tonia Williams and Husband Todd of Vero Beach, FL, Daniel Smith of Lawrenceville, GA, and Gabriell Hogan-Heffernan and Husband Reed of Albany, GA, Parents: Elaine Smith of Vero Beach Florida, and Wesley Smith of Plains, GA, Grandmothers: Hazel Smith of Plains, GA, and Janice Wooley of Leesburg, GA, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The Family will receive visitors in Leesburg, Georgia at 133 Jarrett Drive, on April 9th at 5:00 PM."
