Obituary for Emma Wilder

Emma Rogers Wilder was born on July 14, 1934 to the late Walter and Lugean Rogers of Flint Alabama.
She departed this life peacefully on December 11, 2020. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and continued to serve the lord as a faithful and dutiful member of Madkins Chapel Cumberland Church in Huntsville, AL.
Emma was a woman of amazing strength of character and beauty. She was known for her quiet spirit and always strove for peace in all things. Emma drew all of her strength from her faith in Christ and walked with Him daily. Although she had 8 children, she was a mother to many and imparted into each love, kindness,
and hope in the Lord.
She leaves behind four sons: Victor (Juanita) Wilder, Gregory Wilder, Stevie Wilder, Cedric Wilder and three daughters: Valerie (Sam) Gibson, Pamela (Frank) Thomas, Kathy (Elston) Daniels, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, Nephews, and friends. Emma was preceded in death by her (husband) Cleveland T. Wilder and daughter Sharon Wilder Otey.

You left us beautiful memories; your love is still our guide. Although we cannot see you, you are always by our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same; however, God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
We Love You,
